Jack Usher Wins and Lap records fall at the SMF Raceway in Wishbech

Kamtec F2 World Championship Round 2 at SMF Raceway had 38 Drivers contesting the top spot with great racing right from the start of the meeting and such was the intensity of the competition the lap record was broken three times during the course of the day.
After four rounds of heats the top qualifier was Jack Usher and the other three drivers going straight through were Keith Dowsett , Phil Chadbourne and Paul Davidson.

The two drivers to go through from the first semi-final were Dan Stamp and Dan Skeels, Semi- final two saw Martin Nash and Ian Rolph join the others on the oval for the big race of the day.

Proving his speed in the heats was just a warm up for the final the well-deserved win went to Jack Usher who also scored the maximum 101 points, 2nd and 3rd podium places went to Keith Dowsett and Paul Davidson.
