Its that time of the year again where you get to have your say and shape the future of RC Car Racing, The AGM 2015 is on 18th October at Gaydon Heritage Centre starting at 9am, After the AGM all attendees gain free entry to the museum.

The Heritage Motor Centre is five minutes from Junction 12 of the M40, on the B4100 near the village of Gaydon. It is signed locally with brown Motor Museum road signs.
Exit the M40 at Junction 12 and turn left, following the brown Motor Museum signs. At the roundabout turn right onto the B4100 and continue for 1 mile. The entrance to the Heritage Motor Centre is on your left.

On arrival: Head to the left hand side of the car park – park and then walk up the slope to the conference entrance – do NOT go into the main front door of the museum unless you want to pay to go in!
It is possible to drive up this slope for disabled parking and unloading.

Format of the Day

  • Main AGM – commences at 9am.
  • Section Conferences – from when the above finishes – about 10.30 (See the agenda for full details)

The museum is Free to all members attending the AGM, and it’s well worth having a look round too.
Catering is provided by the museum café.
