About the Club: The club started racing in 1982, and is certainly the oldest radio control car club in Essex. The club uses modern race-timing software which supports personal transponders and a large results display for use at our permanent outdoor, tarmac track and our regular indoor venue – which together makes us the best equipped club in Essex. INDOOR TRACK The race format for Tuesday is 3 timed 5min qualifying heats followed by a grid start final of 5 min. The class’s for the Tuesday indoor club include. GT12, World GT, 10th Touring car 17.5 blinky and tamiya mini box stock. We also have electric’s. A extension lead will be required for charging.
