The BRCA GT Section are pleased to announced its calendar of events for the 2019 - 20 National championship for GT12 and GT10.
The championships will be contested over 6 indoor rounds on carpet, held over 3 weekends with each driver’s best 4 scores counting towards their final placing in the series, with separate GT1, GT2, GT3, Junior and Senior championship tables based on your eligibility for each class.
Rounds 1 & 2 | September 28th & 29th | Eastbourne Electric Car Club
Rounds 3 & 4 | February 8th & 9th | Sheffield RC Racing
Rounds 5 & 6 | March 7th & 8th | CARS - Chesterfield Auto Racing Society
– GT12 (for cars running 1S LiPo batteries, 13.5 turn brushless motors and approved ‘blinky’ speed controllers)
– GT10 (for cars running 1S LiPo batteries, 10.5 turn brushless motors and open timing speed controllers)
All motors and batteries must be from the BRCA Homologation lists in force at the date of each event
Finals & Championships
This season we return back to the traditional format of finals sorted by on the day overall qualifying positions with individual points earnt from your overall finishing position.
For GT12 a separate GT1, GT2 and GT3 championship will be calculated from the overall points table in addition to a Junior (under 16 at the start of the season) and Senior (over 50 at the start of the season) championship.
GT10 will run as one championship for it's return as a national class on foam tyres and open speedos.

Entry is done only via the BRCA site from the below links.
Entries will be open around the first weekend of July 2019.
Entries will close at 6pm on the Monday before the event to allow the GT Committee and the clubs enough time to finalise heats and trophies.
You require a BRCA Competition Licence to enter these events.
Please enter your date of birth correctly so that your eligibility in the junior or senior championship can be checked.
We are pleased to announce Junior GT12 entries are half price, Juniors are classed as under 16 before the season starts.
We will operate an automatic reserve list, when a space becomes available places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Cancelling & Refunds
You can cancel your entry from your BRCA event page upto midnight on the Thursday before the event
Refunds will be processed after the event as this is now the BRCA policy.

Please enter your correct transponder number when registering and not type "1234567" ,etc just to fill in the required box.
You can add your transponder number after you have registered from your events page.
We will not chase you for your transponder number, it is your responsibility to ensure the race director / race computer has your transponder number entered to count your lap times.
Please be aware of duplicate transponder numbers from cloned transponders.
