As we approach the end of the current membership term, the British Radio Car Association (BRCA) is reminding all members to reset their account passwords and check their registered email address to avoid any disruption during the renewal period.

Why This Matters

Each year, thousands of BRCA members renew their memberships at the same time. To ensure a smooth renewal process and uninterrupted access to events, it’s important that your account details are up to date and that you can receive BRCA system emails.

Action Required

  1. Reset your password – If you haven’t already done so recently, please reset your password now. This ensures your account remains secure and ready for renewal.

  2. Check your email address – Members using Hotmail, Live, or Outlook may not receive BRCA emails (including password resets and renewal confirmations) due to ongoing Microsoft mail blocking issues.

    • If you use one of these providers, please update your BRCA account to use Gmail or another provider.

  3. Log in early – Don’t wait until the last minute! Updating your details now will help avoid login delays and email delivery issues as renewals open.

What Happens If You Don’t

Members who haven’t reset their passwords or who use blocked email services may experience delays receiving renewal confirmations or access to event bookings. Our support team will be on hand, but response times will be longer during the renewal rush.

Keep Your Account Up to Date
