‘Had such a fun day today at Telford Model Car Club for our 2nd 4wd regional. It started off very emotional as dad's memorial bench, funded by the auction held by The Grid Talk RC Podcast was finally revealed trackside. It looks awesome and as I said to everyone this morning - my only hope is that in years to come, father and son/daughter will sit on that bench, watch and decide to give RC racing a go. Hopefully then they'll go on to have the fantastic memories that me and my dad shared together. ❤️ thank you so much to everyone who contributed and to the club for having it there’
