- Drivers booking from 7am outside race control under the rostrum
- When booking please ensure you have the correct transponder number assigned to you, as this will ensure no confusion for the time keeper
- Drivers briefing 7:45am on the track in front of the rostrum, this is a little longer for our first briefing as we have some new rules to ensure everyone understands
- Practice will start just after 8am and aim to finish 2 rounds of 3 mins by 10am
- Qualifying will start fairly immediately after practice, so heat 12 need not go back to pits
- We aim to finish qualifying by around 4pm with a short 10 min break before finals
- Presentation of top juniors and formula grades will be down within the 10 minute gap
- We will start with the L and K finals, with then the first of the A leg final, leg 2 will be in between the G and F.
- Getting the meeting running to a good pace is important to the organisers and we will push things sooner if allows
